I’m Levell, a father, educator, former pilot, entrepreneur, investor.

All these describe me, but other than, “father”, the title that means the most is educator/investor.  I’ve owned a real estate company, helped lots of folks buy and sell their own homes, and helped quite a few real estate agents launch their careers.  In fact, I recently celebrated 50 years in the real estate business! Today, I buy and sell single family homes. I retail, wholesale, and fix and flip! And my current mission is to help newer investors gain their financial independence by teaching them to successfully wholesale and fix and flip single family homes.

The purpose of our program is to guide you, the newer real estate investor, in your Fix & Flip or Wholesaling career by allowing you to have a “paper trade” experience. In other words, you’ll watch over my shoulder as I progress through each stage of the process. Of course, this will include attending property tours, enabling you to view and walk through properties in various stages of repair – a true “hands on” experience, without the financial risk! Our goal is to provide you with practical experience and profit, while allowing you to avoid loss of capital.
